Emdad Technical Services Company (ETS) has commissioned a purpose-built hydraulic pump and motor test bench at our Dammam factory. Every pump and motor repaired by ETS is tested to operating specification — pressure, flow, efficiency, and torque — before return to service. Test certificate issued on every job.

Why ETS Built This Test Bench
Before this facility, hydraulic pump and motor testing in Eastern Province required either sending equipment abroad — with 4–8 week lead times — or accepting repairs without full performance validation. ETS invested in this purpose-built test bench to give clients in Saudi Arabia what they need: a documented, data-logged test result from a facility in Dammam, available within the repair turnaround window. No international shipping. No compromise on test quality.

Test Capabilities

Flow Testing
Volumetric flow measurement to 300 GPM. Identifies internal leakage and volumetric efficiency loss in gear, vane, and piston pumps.

Pressure Testing
System pressure testing to 350 bar. Confirms relief valve settings, pressure drop across components, and system integrity under load.

Triple-Stage Pump Testing
3 input / 3 output configuration for testing tandem and multiple-section pump assemblies simultaneously. Covers most multi-section gear and piston pumps.

Hydraulic Motor Testing
Speed, torque, and efficiency testing for hydraulic motors. Confirms motor performance against original specification before installation.

Flow & Efficiency Analysis
Overall pump efficiency calculated from measured flow, pressure, and input power. Identifies wear and performance degradation before it causes equipment failure.

Performance Validation
Every repaired pump or motor is tested against its original specification. Results documented digitally. Test certificate issued before equipment leaves our Dammam workshop.

Every pump or motor that enters our workshop goes through the same documented testing process — before repair to establish baseline, and after repair to confirm performance.
Receipt & Log
Pump or motor received at Dammam workshop. Condition logged and photographed. Client notified of receipt.
Pre-Repair Test
Pump mounted on test bench before disassembly. Flow, pressure, and efficiency measured to establish failure baseline.
Inspection Report
Strip-down and inspection findings documented. Cost and scope confirmed with client before repair begins.
Repair
Component replacement, machining, and reassembly. All work in-house at our Dammam factory.
Post-Repair Test
Pump remounted on test bench. Flow, pressure, efficiency, and torque verified against specification. Digital data logged.
Certificate & Return
Signed test certificate issued. Equipment returned with full test documentation. Delivery across Eastern Province.
